An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your dates are confirmed only once we acknowledge them in writing and the advance is received.

Rates are quoted per night and per resort, and may vary by season. A 25% advance confirms your dates; the balance is due as set out in your confirmation. Rates include breakfast unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you book.

Please treat each resort, its staff and its surroundings with care. The maximum occupancy stated for each stay applies. We may decline service for conduct that endangers guests, staff or the property.

Heyday Resorts is not liable for personal belongings, or for events beyond our control such as weather, road conditions or acts of nature. Guests take part in activities and use facilities, including pools, at their own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
