Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance and confirmation
A 25% advance confirms your dates. The balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation windows
Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: the advance is refunded in full, less any payment-gateway charges.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% of the advance is refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: the advance is non-refundable.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of confirmation.
No-shows and early departure
No-shows are charged in full. Early departures are charged for the full booked stay.
Force majeure
If a stay is disrupted by events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, flooding or road closures, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit. Please contact us as early as possible.
